1. Introduction
Welcome to RoxRace, a platform provided by Holistic People AB (“we”, “us”, “our”).
RoxRace allows race organizers to manage registrations, athletes to sign up for races, and event data to be handled in a structured and secure way.
By using RoxRace or registering an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Service
You may use RoxRace only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- For athletes: You may register for events and provide personal data such as name, date of birth, and contact information for participation purposes.
- For organizers: You may manage event registrations, communicate with participants, and access participant data strictly for legitimate event purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
We use secure protocols (SSL/TLS) and require authentication measures to protect your data.
4. Payments and Fees
RoxRace does not offer subscriptions.
Athletes pay an application or registration fee when signing up for races managed through the platform.
Payment terms, prices, and refund policies are defined by each event organizer and shown at the time of registration.
Holistic People AB acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for refunds or disputes related to individual race events unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and software on RoxRace, including text, logos, design, and code, are the intellectual property of Holistic People AB or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
RoxRace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Holistic People AB is not liable for:
- data loss or unavailability caused by internet or third-party service issues
- incorrect information provided by users or organizers
- injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in events organized through the platform
Our total liability will not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the incident.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or engage in misuse.
You may stop using RoxRace at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Changes take effect upon posting on roxrace.com.
We will notify registered users by email or in-app message if significant changes occur.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the district court of Norrköping, Sweden, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
