Athlete Check-In

Mark athletes as checked in on race day from a searchable, filterable list with undo support.

Overview

The Check-In page is your race-day tool for tracking athlete arrivals. As athletes turn up, find them by name or bib number and mark them checked in with one tap.

Location: Race Management → Race day → Check-in

Finding athletes

  • Search — Type a name (first, last or both, e.g. Anna Svensson), a bib number, or a team member's name. Results update instantly.
  • Division filter — Narrow the list to a specific division.
  • Sort — Click a column header to sort by bib number (default), athlete name, division, heat, or check-in status/time.

Each row also shows the athlete's heat start time (with a Started badge once it has passed) and payment status.

Checking in

Click the Check In button on an athlete's row. The check-in time is recorded instantly and the row shows Checked in with the time and an Undo button. After about 5 seconds the row drops out of the list (unless Show checked-in is on).

To undo a check-in, click Undo on the row while it's still shown — or turn on Show checked-in to find the athlete and click Undo later.

View options

Show checked-in — By default, checked-in athletes are hidden from the list so you only see who is still to arrive. Toggle this on to show everyone, which is useful for verifying the full roster or finding someone who was already processed.

Show already started — By default, athletes whose heat's scheduled start time has passed are hidden. Toggle this on to show them (useful late in the day when most heats have begun).

Progress counter

The top of the page shows how many athletes have checked in out of the total (e.g. "47 of 120 athletes checked in"). Use this to get a quick read on turnout before each heat.

Team registrations

For team divisions, the captain's row is shown, with the other team members listed underneath. Searching by a team member's name surfaces the captain's row, making it easy to find a team even if you only know one member's name.
