Race Statistics & Time Distribution

See how your HYROX Simulation race performed: finisher counts, fastest and average times, division breakdowns, and a time distribution chart.

Where to find race statistics

The Statistics tab appears on the public race page for any HYROX Simulation race that has results entered — it doesn't need to be finished, so it can start filling in with live data as finishers come in on race day. Anyone can view it — athletes, spectators, and organizers alike.

Summary cards

At the top of the page, four summary cards give a quick snapshot:

  • Finishers — Total number of athletes with a valid finish time, plus the finish rate as a percentage of athletes with a recorded result (finishers plus DNS/DNF/DQ)
  • DNS / DNF / DQ — Combined count of DNS (did not start), DNF (did not finish), and DQ (disqualified) athletes
  • Fastest — The course record set at this race
  • Average — Mean finish time across all finishers, with the median shown underneath

Division breakdown

A table below the summary cards lists each division with:

  • Number of finishers
  • Number of DNS/DNF/DQ athletes
  • Fastest time in the division
  • Average finish time in the division

Only divisions with at least one finisher are shown, sorted by division name.

Time distribution chart

The histogram shows the percentage of finishers in each of nine time buckets:

Bucket Range
Under 1:00 < 60 min
1:00 – 1:05 60–65 min
1:06 – 1:10 66–70 min
1:11 – 1:15 71–75 min
1:16 – 1:20 76–80 min
1:21 – 1:30 81–90 min
1:31 – 1:45 91–105 min
1:45 – 2:00 105–120 min
Over 2:00 > 120 min

Division filter pills

When two or more divisions have finishers, filter pills appear above the chart — one for each division plus an All option. Clicking a pill updates the chart to show only that division's distribution. This lets you compare how different divisions performed.

Penalty time is included in finish times when calculating distribution and averages.
