RoxRace is built for organizers who run fitness events — HYROX simulations, swimruns, OCR races, running events, and functional fitness competitions. It handles the entire lifecycle of a race, so you can focus on the event itself.
What RoxRace handles for you
- Registration & payments — Athletes discover and register for your race online. Payments go directly to your own Stripe account, or RoxRace collects them for you and pays out after the race.
- Divisions & pricing — Create multiple divisions with individual pricing, capacity limits, and team options.
- Heat scheduling — Plan heats with start times, spot limits, and automatic athlete assignment.
- Live timing — Capture start and finish times in real-time during race day.

Free to get started
There are no monthly fees or setup costs. You only pay a small platform fee (4% + 15 SEK — 2% + 15 SEK until 31 March 2027) when athletes register and pay for your event, and you choose whether you, the athletes or both of you cover it. Free divisions cost nothing.
