Leaderboard & Results Management

View, filter, and group results. Manage DNS/DNF/DQ statuses, choose scoring mode, and print the leaderboard.

Overview

The Leaderboard page shows results for the athletes in your race. It is your central view for reviewing standings, checking for missing results, and publishing a final ranking.

Location: Race Management → Results → Leaderboard

Scoring modes

Set the scoring mode in Race Management → Planning → Scoring:

  • Total time (default) — Lower time is better. The leaderboard sorts by finish time + penalty time, ascending. DNF and DNS athletes are sorted to the bottom.
  • Total points — Higher score is better. The leaderboard sorts by total points, descending.

Filters

Filter Options
Search Athlete name
Division Filter to one division
Heat Filter to one heat
Status Completed, DNF, DNS, No result

By default the leaderboard lists athletes who have a result. The "No result" status filter shows athletes who have no result entry yet — useful for identifying who still needs results entered.

Grouping

  • By division (default) — Athletes grouped into divisions, sorted within each group by score.
  • By heat — Athletes grouped by heat assignment.
  • None — All athletes in one flat list sorted by score across all divisions.

DNS / DNF / DQ management

Statuses are set from a few different places:

  • DNS (did not start) — From the Athletes table (Participants → Athletes), open the row menu and choose Mark as DNS (or Clear DNS to undo). For team registrations, this marks every team member DNS.
  • DNF (did not finish) — From the start line in Race day → Live timing, use the athlete's menu to Mark DNF (or Mark DNS) once the heat has started.
  • DQ (disqualified) — From Race day → Manual entry, using the status buttons (✓ / DNF / DQ / DNS). These save immediately.

See Live Timing & Results for the race-day screens. DNS/DNF/DQ statuses appear on the leaderboard and public results. DQ athletes show a DQ badge, have their own option in the Status filter and are counted in the summary, like DNF and DNS.

Stats summary

At the top of the leaderboard you'll see a summary: Total athletes / Completed / DNF / DNS / No result. Use this to quickly check how complete your results are before publishing.

Printing

Click Print to open a print-ready leaderboard in a new tab. The printed view uses your current grouping (by division, by heat, or none) and division filter. Groups flow continuously, and a group header is never left alone at the bottom of a page. Use your browser's print dialog to print or save as PDF.

Publishing results

Results are visible on the public race page as soon as they are entered — there is no separate publish step for individual results. The Results tab is always shown on the public race page once the race is published (Race Management → Public → Public URLs).
