Pricing Overview
RoxRace is free to set up. The only cost is 4% + 15 SEK per paid registration — 2% + 15 SEK until 31 March 2027. No hidden fees, no monthly charges.
Simple, transparent pricing
RoxRace has one pricing model:
4% + a fixed amount per paid registration — 15 SEK, 1.50 EUR, 1.50 USD, 1.30 GBP, 15 NOK or 10 DKK, depending on your race's currency
That's it. No monthly fees, no setup costs, no hidden charges. You can see your organization's exact rate, with a worked example, under Payments & fees in the sidebar.
You decide who pays the fee — you, the athlete (as a Service fee at checkout), or half each. See Fee Handling Options.
Limited-time offer: 2% until 31 March 2027
For payments made from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 (Swedish time), the percentage part of the fee is 2% instead of 4%. The fixed amount stays the same. What counts is when the athlete goes to checkout and pays, not when the race takes place. From 1 April 2027 the regular 4% applies again.
The offer applies automatically to every organization on the standard rate — you'll see it as Limited-time offer under Payments & fees. Organizations with an individually agreed rate keep that rate.

Free events
If your event is free (no entry fee), there is no platform fee at all. You can mix free and paid divisions in the same race.
Platform fee VAT
If your organization is classified as an EU business outside Sweden or as rest of world, the platform fee is charged without Swedish VAT, so you pay only the net amount. See Fee Handling Options for how VAT on the platform fee works.
Stripe processing fees
Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply separately — these go to Stripe, not RoxRace. Rates vary by country and card type. If RoxRace collects payments for your race, the Stripe processing fee is deducted from your payout instead.
