Organization Branding
Give your organization a logo, wordmark, cover image, accent color and social links, plus a public organizer page listing every one of your races.
Overview
The Branding page gives your whole organization an identity kit, shared across every race — not just one race's own images (see Media & Branding for that).
Location: Your organization's sidebar → Settings → Branding
Only the organization owner can change branding. Uploads save immediately; tagline, about, accent color and links are saved with each section's Save button.
Logos, cover image, accent color
- Logo on dark — your main square logo (SVG, PNG or WebP, min 400×400, max 2 MB), used on the site, dashboard and race pages.
- Logo on light (optional) — the same mark in dark ink, used in emails and print. If you don't upload one, your main logo is used.
- Wordmark (optional) — a wide landscape logo for the organizer page header and emails.
- Cover image — the hero image on your organizer page, and the default banner for any race that doesn't have its own (JPG, PNG or WebP, min 1200×400, max 5 MB).
- Accent color — the default color for all your races, your organizer page, and your emails. Colors that don't meet contrast requirements against the dark background are rejected, so your accent always stays readable. Individual races can override it in Media & branding.
Tagline & about
A short tagline (up to 120 characters) appears under your organization name and under race titles; a longer about description (up to 600 characters) appears on your organizer page and in the Organizer card on race pages.
Social media & links
Add your Website, Instagram, Facebook and Strava URLs.
Public organizer page
Every organization gets a page at roxrace.com/o/your-slug listing all your upcoming and past races in one place, branded with your logo and accent color.
- Turn the page on or off with the Public organizer page switch, and choose your own URL under Edit slug.
- "Listed on organizer page" — a per-race toggle (in that race's Setup → Organizer info) lets you hide a specific race — a private club event, a test race — from the organizer page's listing without affecting the race's own public URL.
Branded emails
Registration confirmations, heat assignments, and other race emails show your accent color and your wordmark (or, if you have none, your light logo and name) at the top once branding is set up.
