Organizer Contact Information
Set your contact details and control which ones are visible on your public race page.
Overview
The Organizer Info page lets you set the contact details athletes and participants see on your public race page. Each field has an individual visibility toggle so you can share exactly what you want.
Location: Race Management → Setup → Organizer info
Click Save changes to save your edits.
Fields

Contact name and email are required before you can publish the race — until they're filled in, Organizer info shows a red dot in the race menu.
Visibility toggles
Each field has a Show on public page checkbox. By default all four are shown. Uncheck any toggle to hide that field from athletes — the data is still saved, just not displayed publicly.
This is useful if you want to accept email enquiries but not publish your phone number, for example.
Listed on organizer page
The Listed on organizer page switch controls whether this race appears under Upcoming / Past on your organization's public organizer page (roxrace.com/o/your-slug). The race stays reachable at its own URL either way. See Organization Branding.
Where this appears
Contact information is shown in a Contact card on the Overview of your public race page, below the venue details. The card only appears if at least the email, phone or website is visible. Athletes can use these details to reach you before or after the event.
